Our SHOP | SAVE | SUPPORT program gives our merchant partners the opportunity to offer three or more deal types at one time, and then we give them the option to update, refresh or replace those deals on a seasonal basis. This not only provides true year round value, but it also gives both new and returning customers more reasons to visit the partners' locations.

• Classic- Available to PAID club members, consistent savings and can be used repeatedly
• Value Plus- PAID club members, exceptional savings and can be used one or very few times
• Sponsored- FREE & PAID members, solid discount with several uses with time between uses
 

• Choose a merchant from a category, discovery window or from their Store ID at their location
• Select a discount offer from the Merchant's List of Deals
• Show the Redeem page to the Merchant and press the Redeem button in front of them
•  That is it...

However if you do get a WARNING Notice at the top of the Redeem page it may be that you are:

1) Not a member of that community,
2) Not a PAID member and you are trying to redeem a PAID member only discount, or
3) You have used this deal already and not enough time has passed for it to reset (i.e. available Once per day)
4) You have used up all available deals (i.e. 2 of 2 BOGO Pizzas)

The good news is if:
# 1 is keeping you from a deal, just click the link to join this new community as either a PAID or FREE Member
# 2 is keeping you from a PAID deal, then you can upgrade your FREE membership right then to redeem deal
# 3 is keeping you from a deal, just wait until the deal resets (i.e. once per day, week, or month)
# 4 is keeping your from a deal, merchants can update deals seasonally, so try again when counts are reset
 

Depending on where and how you live (rural, urban, X-urbs, Sub-urbs, etc...) community can mean very different things. So, rather than rely on municipal or geographic boundaries, we have chosen to define community in a student oriented fashion as follows:

1) It is your hometown economic and services zone where you live, learn, work and grow,
2) It is anchored by the cluster of schools that feed into a local high school, and
3) It includes the parks, houses of worship, activity centers and training facilities that support student extracurricular activities.

However, we do not want you to worry that you may miss out on getting deals from your favorite places just because they are outside what we have defined as your Community Boundaries. So we made it easy for our Merchant Partners to join multiple adjacent communities that way you still get all the best discounts at the places you already know and love.
